Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role as a Global Student Project Core Team Member for the Latvian team. The role involves contributing to the development, strategy, and creative aspects of the TugOnn platform. Team members will engage in daily tasks such as project planning, execution of strategic initiatives, collaboration with other volunteers, and providing innovative input to shape the platform's growth.

Core Team Members have the opportunity to rise within the project based on their contributions and performance. Those who show strong initiative and consistent impact can progress into leadership roles and gain greater responsibility as TugOnn grows.
