We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!
At Better, we are building software solutions that help medical teams improve patient care. Our advanced digital health platform and solutions already support over 30 million patients’ electronic health records across more than 20 markets worldwide, making data quality our number one priority.
As a digital marketing specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. You will manage CRM workflows, email campaigns, social media channels, and website content, ensuring that our digital presence supports lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement across all platforms.
In a nutshell you are:
- A CRM expert: You know how to segment audiences, build workflows, and automate lead generation (ideally in HubSpot).
- A content and campaign manager: You create and manage email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages with SEO in mind.
- A digital collaborator: You work closely with designers and other teams to ensure consistent and impactful digital communication.
- A data-driven marketer: You monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on analytics and insights.
Your core responsibilities will be:
CRM and automation:
- Maintain and optimise CRM (segmentation, workflows, automation, lead scoring).
- Set up and schedule email campaigns.
Website and content:
- Manage day-to-day website content in WordPress (blogs, pages, SEO updates).
- Ensure SEO best practices in content (keywords, linking, structure).
- Coordinate with designers for creatives.
Social media and promotion:
- Help run and monitor social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube).
- Support digital promotion of webinars and events.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Strong CRM experience (ideally HubSpot) and lead generation automation.
- Skilled in email marketing and social media.
- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with campaign landing pages.
- Bonus: Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Matomo, Looker Studio, HubSpot reporting).
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid ads platforms.
