Senior/Lead Frontend Developer is invited to join EIS as a part of the team developing the new insurance platform from scratch. Our mission statement is to ensure the world by bringing up a lean, scalable insurance platform.

EIS provides digital-ready, customer-centered core insurance systems that enable insurers to innovate with products, channels, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the full software development lifecycle by analyzing, designing, and implementing UI requirements
Contribute to UI architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company-wide standards
Support and drive migration activities across the entire company UI ecosystem, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and alignment with the latest frameworks, tools, and best practices
Work according to modern development practices and standards
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring code quality, reusability, and performance.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

3+ years of experience in Frontend development
Strong HTML5, CSS, LESS/Similar, Responsive design and tools
JavaScript (we target the latest browsers), TypeScript (v5+), Node.js
Strong React understanding and skills
React ecosystem experience (routing such as React Router, state management such as MobX and RxJS)
Ability to work independently with offshore and onshore teams
Experience in developing reusable React components according to the provided Figma designs would be an advantage
Experience with setting up or adjusting build & dev tools such as Webpack, Lerna/Nx/Turborepo, and ESLint would be an advantage
Familiarity with DevOps and Backend would be an advantage (you won’t be required to write it, but it would help you see the big picture better).
