Founding Product Designer – AI Start-up (Berlin, On-site)

Salary: Up to €140,000 + Equity (TBC)

My client is an ambitious new AI start-up solving complex, unsolved problems in the space. They’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to join their team in Berlin and play a critical role in shaping the product from day one!

This is an end-to-end design role—ideal for someone who’s successfully done this in a fast-moving start-up before and thrives in a zero-to-one environment. You'll have the chance to define the design culture from scratch and shape a product that could change how people interact with AI.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a founding product designer in an early-stage start-up
• Strong across the full design spectrum: research, UX, UI, prototyping
• Excellent product thinking and user focus
• Excited by new challenges and working on truly novel problems
• Able to work on-site in Berlin, 5 days a week
