Role Description

We’re currently developing an mobile hybrid puzzle game and are looking for a creative Level Designer to craft levels that challenge and delight players, while also supporting us in product development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing levels for mobile puzzle games.
• Strong understanding of level balancing, pacing, and difficulty tuning.
• Creative problem-solver with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Ability to use player data, KPIs, and feedback to drive design improvements.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
• A genuine passion for puzzle games and delivering fun experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and balance puzzle levels with engaging progression and flow.
• Plan and structure level progression to ensure a smooth player journey.
• Analyze player data and feedback to refine and improve levels.
• Collaborate with the product team to shape the game and optimize the overall experience.
• Clearly communicate your ideas and iterate based on play tests and team discussions.
