As an Investment Product Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the development, maintenance, and strategic evolution of investment products and related processes. You will also provide critical support to investment sales advisors, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders. Position assumes excellent understanding of investment products and products` role over customers` life cycle. You will contribute to system upgrades, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this position.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of the investment products vision and roadmap in line with our strategic goals
  • Contribute to investment product IT system upgrades and developments, ensuring systems support product strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency
  • Manage the end-to-end business processes for investment products, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance by managing regulatory risks and implementing high-quality processes
  • Collaborate on defining the investment product portfolio, ensuring it meets market and customer needs
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments to proactively adapt investment product strategies
  • Contribute to internal regulations, ensuring they are kept up to date and aligned with external regulatory requirements

What We Expect:

  • Strong understanding of investment and pension products, including related advisory frameworks and regulations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into IT system specifications
  • Strong interest in finance and technology
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business Management, or Finance)
  • Develop training and enablement materials for internal teams to ensure consistent product understanding
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Preferred: BFAA certification
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
