Full Stack Engineer

Location - Santa Barbara, CA (in-person, relocation supported)

Compensation - $170k – $230k + significant equity

The Opportunity

Stockford Recruitment are proudly partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed Series A startup, who are helping leading companies transform how they collect and process customer feedback. Their platform ingests data from thousands of sources and applies advanced NLP to deliver actionable insights for product, engineering, and customer teams. Customers already include some of the world’s most recognized tech brands.

They recently raised a $12M Series A and are scaling quickly. This is an opportunity to join a 20-person team at a pivotal stage, reporting directly to a founder and owning major customer-facing features end-to-end.

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Hands-on experience across frontend and backend systems
• Strong in TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL
• Builder mindset: eager to spend most of your time actively coding
• Comfortable with ambiguity and direct customer interaction
• Track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing products

Nice to have:

• Startup experience (especially fast-paced, customer-facing environments).

Important Information:

• Location: Santa Barbara HQ (90% in-office). Hybrid possible for candidates planning to relocate within 6 months.
