Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer (Contract)

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer to join our engineering team and drive the backend development for our digital product. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building scalable, enterprise-grade digital solutions.

As a Senior Developer, you'll architect and develop mission-critical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our CRM to support business processes of our Customer Care Team, and also to support our mobile apps, web portals, API monetization as a System-of-Record. This role demands deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for mentoring and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Design and implement new functionalities for Customer Care Team
• Design and implement new capabilities, new entities, new integrations to support digital channels (mobile apps, web portals, API monetization)
• Maintain and evolve legacy CRM code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments
• Collaborate directly with the Digital Product Manager, the Customer Care Manager, and other business stakeholders to refine requirements
• Ensure optimal performance, short response time on the digital channels
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met
• Ensure cost efficiency, low storage cost
• Ensure observability and requirements of operations
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, releases, and emerging trends

Own all CRM functionalities in the organization.

2. Microsoft PowerAutomate

• Design and implement new functionalities in PowerAutomate for data processing and batch integrations
• Maintain and evolve legacy PowerAutomate code
• Ensure optimal performance of background processes
• Ensure error handling, fallout handling, observability, and alerting are sufficient

Own all PowerAutomate jobs within the organization.

3. Azure Functions

• Design and implement high-performance serverless functions using C# and .NetCore
• Deploy and manage complex serverless applications and microservices using Azure Functions, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
• Implement LINQ and FetchXML queries in Azure Functions for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ensure fault-tolerant, scalable, and event-driven architecture.
• Optimize function performance, cold start times, and resource utilization.
• Implement event-driven architectures with various triggers (HTTP, Service Bus, Event Grid)
• Build Durable Functions for complex, stateful workflows

4. Azure Logic Apps & Workflow Orchestration

• Design, implement, manage and optimize complex workflows and intricate business process automations integrating multiple systems and data sources, connecting internal and external services and channels
• Build and orchestrate integrations across internal and external services and channels
• Implement error handling, retry policies, and monitoring for mission-critical processes
• Build custom connectors and integrate with third-party APIs

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent are required.
• Education specialization or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology
• Proficient in English

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PowerAutomate development
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing custom software in .NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Application Insights
• Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB skills
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level integrations within industries such as fintech, banking, e-commerce, telecom, healthcare, or SaaS, including integrating third-party services, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of optimizing system architecture and delivering high-quality solutions that improve performance, operational efficiency, enhance data consistency, and support business goals.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate (or higher)
• Understanding of Azure AD B2C
• Hands-on data migration experience with SSIS, KingswaySoft
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Experience working in an Agile, Waterfall, and Two-Speed IT (Bimodal IT) environment
