Web UX/ UI Designer | Mid-Senior

The Web Design team is responsible for creating an engaging web presence to boost user acquisition and satisfaction. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods. Data-driven, highly skilled, and simply human—our secret of being on the top of the B2B cybersecurity market. Your work will focus on crafting visually striking, user-friendly websites for Nord Security family B2B products: NordLayer / NordPass / NordStellar. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing peers on various projects (from Global Campaigns to new business initiatives). Also, as a WEB designer, you will foster collaboration with copywriters, web content managers, graphic designers and engineers, which will help you bring the best of websites live to the world.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our websites;
  • Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Maintain and expand the design systems in a strategic and sustainable way;
  • Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users;
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations




Requirements

  • Proven experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating engaging web pages;
  • Proficiency in Figma (being up-to-date with the newest feature releases and able to implement it at work for process optimization);
  • Experience working with design systems;
  • User research and/or prototyping experience is a plus;
  • A keen eye for detail, passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experience;
  • Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and execute improvements;
  • Experience with analytic tools (for example, Hotjar) or A/B testing tools;
  • Experience working with B2B/SaaS products is a plus;
  • Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking and ability to rationalize your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and have a strong sense of ownership;
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with all stakeholder groups;
  • A true team player;
  • Fluent English
