- Drive product success by bringing the product to users
- Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews
- Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives
- Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre- release
- Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release
- Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs
- Experience in building digital products
- Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources
- End to end experience working with product team to build products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing
- Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis
- Professional are a plus
- Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
- Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus
