Business Intelligence Analyst – Temporary

YOUR ROLE

• Participate in support and production activities, including monitoring and maintaining BI jobs and servers
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to workflows and dashboards
• Support our Business & Product Development team with data request and reporting needs
• Migrate manual process (excel) into automated Alteryx workflows & Tableau dashboards
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Client Portfolio Managers to build data solution to help decision making & business tracking
• Provide guidance and support to business users in utilizing our Business intelligence for self-service analytics and reporting

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• University degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms – Tableau & Alteryx preferred
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
