Business Intelligence Analyst – Temporary
YOUR ROLE
- Participate in support and production activities, including monitoring and maintaining BI jobs and servers
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to workflows and dashboards
- Support our Business & Product Development team with data request and reporting needs
- Migrate manual process (excel) into automated Alteryx workflows & Tableau dashboards
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Client Portfolio Managers to build data solution to help decision making & business tracking
- Provide guidance and support to business users in utilizing our Business intelligence for self-service analytics and reporting
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms – Tableau & Alteryx preferred
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
