HR Generalist - Dusseldorf / Hybrid

Our client is a company that offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cybersecurity, protecting some of the world's most critical infrastructure and data! We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to support the team in Germany.

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the EMEA team. You'll be the primary point of contact for local employees, providing expert HR guidance and ensuring a positive workplace experience. You'll also manage some of the office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Support: Provide first-line support to employees, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through HR processes.
• Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager to foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee satisfaction.
• Manager Support: Offer guidance and advice to managers on HR best practices and initiatives.
• Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating logistics and providing necessary support.
• HR Programs and Projects: Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as policy updates and regulatory reporting.
• Local HR Expertise: Provide expert advice on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee issues and ensuring fair treatment.
• Office Management: Oversee office operations, including health and safety compliance and facility maintenance.

Qualifications:

• MUST: 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience
• MUST: Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST: Native-level fluency in German and Professional-level English
