Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute R&D initiatives to advance the performance, features, and product spectrum of United Imaging MRI systems to meet evolving market and healthcare needs.
  • Drive collaborative innovation by spearheading joint projects with globally recognized academic/clinical partners to translate cutting-edge research into practical medical imaging products and solutions.
  • Pioneer next-generation MRI methodologies and solutions, including novel pulse sequences, AI/DL-driven reconstruction & processing algorithms, system and workflow solutions, etc.
  • Champion intellectual property and knowledge dissemination to contribute to the company’s leadership in MRI innovation while shaping industry standards

Qualification & Requirements

  • PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics or related fields.
  • MRI research experience with a proven track record of scientific publications. Prior experience in sequence development, reconstruction and processing, ultra-high field, and RF system is preferred.
  • Experience in major programming languages such as C++/C, MATLAB, CUDA and/or Python.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%, including short-term international trips
