You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT environments while advising on strategic technology decisions and contributing to our innovation initiatives.

• Build and maintain robust, secure Microsoft-based infrastructures tailored to client needs
• Deliver responsive and effective technical support, ensuring rapid incident resolution
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on technology choices aligned with their business goals
• Lead infrastructure migration and modernization projects
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure all actions are properly tracked
• Stay ahead of technological trends and recommend improvements and best practices

Technical Expertise Required:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, SharePoint
• Strong background in identity and access management: Entra ID, ADFS, SAML, OAuth
• Proven experience with migrations: email systems, Active Directory, file servers, RDS
• Virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
• Backup solutions: Veeam
• Monitoring tools: Centreon
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls
• Automation and scripting: PowerShell, technical documentation
