Summary of Position:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive delivery excellence across our engineering organization in Riga, Latvia. The TPM role exists to bring structure, clarity and momentum to our most critical engineering and product initiatives, ensuring Product’s vision translates into predictable, disciplined execution. The TPM role acts as the connector between Product, Engineering, QA and other internal cross-functional partners, to align and drive focus on the right priorities, unblock teams and create transparency through clear reporting and communication. As our platform and client portfolio continue to scale, we need stronger processes, sharper prioritization, and centralized ownership of delivery to ensure we meet the expectations of our customers and stakeholders.

The TPM requires a balance of servant leadership and accountability for outcomes, removing blockers, enforcing delivery discipline, and ensuring clarity of priorities while protecting teams from distraction.

The role will be on-site in Riga, Latvia to ensure close collaboration and visibility with Engineering and QA teams.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Influence

• Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning Engineering, QA, and Product teams toward strategic outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and QA Managers on resource planning, retrospectives, and accountability.
• Fine-tune processes to scale delivery without adding unnecessary overhead.

Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the central communication hub between Product (strategic direction) and Engineering/QA (execution).
• Ensure clear, transparent updates on priorities, progress, and risks across stakeholders.
• Funnel inbound requests/issues to maintain team focus.

Delivery & Execution Discipline

• Drive execution of complex, interconnected initiatives.
• Identify and manage dependencies across teams, mitigating risks early to avoid escalations.
• Run structured reporting, leveraging AI-enabled tools where appropriate, to improve visibility and predictability.

Operational Impact

• Align initiatives with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines.
• Improve delivery predictability and reduce variance in milestone achievement.
• Facilitate integrated execution across Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Support.

Minimum Education, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Senior Project Manager within a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment.
• Strong technical literacy—able to understand engineering and QA workflows in detail.
• Deep experience with Agile or hybrid frameworks, with the flexibility to adapt to organizational context.
• Track record of leading through influence (without direct authority) in a matrixed structure.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled at resource planning, prioritization, and balancing strategic goals with execution realities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled reporting, dashboards, and productivity tools is a plus
