HR Coordinator – £28,000

We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR function in Chatham.

Salary: £28,000

Contract: Initially 3 months, potential to be extended or made permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

Maintain HR records and systems

Assist with payroll and absence tracking

Provide first-line HR support to managers and staff

Ensure compliance with policies and employment law
