Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.
  • Design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on complex dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain design integrity.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product experience.
  • Act as a strong advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Proven ability to design engaging and highly usable interfaces.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data visualization and designing for complex dashboards is highly desirable
