Middle DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Middle DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech product team building an AI-powered cash management platform. The product helps finance teams gain real-time cash visibility, automate reconciliation, and forecast cash flow—all powered by AI.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS), including Kustomize and Skaffold
Experience with Istio service mesh and Argo Workflows
Familiarity with AWS security best practices, including IAM and KMS
Intermediate English level or higher

Will Be a Plus

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Coralogix, Prometheus)
Familiarity with data services such as AWS MSK (Kafka), RDS, OpenSearch
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Background in fintech or treasury management systems

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including deployment workflows with Kustomize and Skaffold
Implement and maintain service mesh with Istio and orchestration with Argo Workflows
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Ensure infrastructure security following AWS best practices (IAM, KMS)
Monitor and improve system performance using Coralogix, Prometheus, and other observability tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, data, and product
