Machine Learning Engineer

Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Engineer to join our team for an exciting short-term contract with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Toronto, Ontario. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.

Job Title: Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON (HYBRID) (1-2 days a week)

Job Type: 2 Months Contract

Job Description:

Minimum 8+ Years of Experience required.

• Develop and implement GenAI and AI solutions, including analytical models, prompt engineering, general-purpose programming (e.g., Python), testing, result communication, and full-stack (front-end and back-end) integration through iterative collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Design and architect AI/GenAI solutions for business teams, with a focus on plugin-based systems and custom application development.

• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to design and implement scalable databases and data models for both structured and unstructured data.

• Build and maintain processes for data cleansing, enrichment, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Work with data scientists to develop, deploy, and operationalize machine learning models in cloud environments.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency.

• Produce clear, comprehensive documentation of data architectures, integration processes, and data management workflows.
