Job Description

We’re looking for a Communication Designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories. As part of Nagarro Product Studio, you'll work across multiple touchpoints, from launching new products to shaping how we’re seen at global industry events. Your work will be experienced by C-suite executives, global audiences, and industry leaders, influencing how innovation is communicated and perceived.

What You'll Create

• Strategic campaign visuals – From product launches to multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• High-impact event experiences – Booth designs, environmental graphics, and interactive installations for global conferences.
• Executive-level communications – Presentations, pitch decks, and reports tailored for Fortune 500 boardrooms.
• Digital brand experiences – Websites, interactive content, and social media campaigns that make complex technology accessible.
• Motion and interactive design – Animations and interactive assets that bring static concepts to life.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in brand or communication design, preferably at a top-tier agency or in-house at a recognized brand.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing high-level decisions through design.
• Technical expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics.
• A global perspective – understanding how design resonates across cultures and markets.
• Experience in tech, innovation, or startup environments is a strong plus.
• Self-starter mindset with the discipline to work in a remote-first culture.
