Are you a Java Software Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Then this role may be the right one for you!

For one of their key clients based in Apeldoorn, Amoria Bond is currently looking for a Java Software Engineer. As Java Software Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Developing software (Java REST services and Angular frontend) for various applications
• Creating and modifying backend application code and unit tests using Java, including Hibernate and Spring Boot
• Automating and assisting with the execution of tests
• Automating the software development process, including deployments (using Tekton pipelines/Kubernetes)
• Participating in Scrum / DevOps sessions where the team collaborates with the Product Owner and users to discuss solid solutions
• Providing production support for all applications of the team
• Monitoring production services and handling incidents
• Applying and maintaining Java development standards

Skills & experience:

• Experience with Java, up to Java 8+ and 17+
• Experience with Junit, SQL, Hibernate, Spring Boot, GIT, Agile/Scrum in a DevOps environment
• Kubernetes
