I'm working with a fast-growing European tech company that is looking for an AI Engineer to join their new venture in the legal tech space. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge AI product that’s already in use by paying customers and backed by a profitable parent company.

Our client is behind one of the most widely used consumer legal platforms in the Nordics and is recognised as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the region. Now, they’re channeling their success into a new AI-driven product aimed at transforming how businesses manage contracts.

Their new product is an AI-powered contract management tool that drafts, negotiates, and manages legal documents. The MVP is live, and the team is now focused on expanding its capabilities to serve mid-sized global businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale intelligent systems that automate contract creation, negotiation, and lifecycle management
• Design and implement AI agents that can generate custom legal documents
• Take full ownership of product features from concept to deployment
• Develop intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex legal workflows
• Contribute to backend architecture that supports thousands of users reliably

What We’re Looking For

• AT least a few years of experience in full-stack development with strong skills in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Proven experience building AI-powered applications (e.g., LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent-based systems)
• Ability to independently deliver complete features and work across the stack
• Strong backend focus, but must be capable of contributing to frontend development
• A user-first mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems with technology
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is beneficial
