Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developers (Senior level) to join our client's team, primarily focusing on developing and enhancing an application. While this will be the main project, there will be opportunities to contribute to other initiatives within the organization, allowing for diverse experience and growth. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in .NET 6 for backend development and Angular for frontend development, with a preference for either frontend or backend specialization while maintaining proficiency in both.

The primary focus is on writing high-quality code, in a Scrum team. You will collaborate closely with a team of business analysts and testers (total team size +- 15 pax). A dedicated DevOps team handles deployment and infrastructure so can truly focus on your role. Fluency in English is an absolute requirement.

Technology Stack: Our frontend development leverages a comprehensive component library, ensuring consistency and efficiency in UI development. The application is currently built on Angular 14, with plans to upgrade to the latest stable release by the end of the year, keeping our technology stack up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using .NET 6 to support application functionality, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in a Microsoft Azure environment.

• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular.

• Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with testers to support the creation of test plans, perform unit testing, and ensure software quality through debugging and issue resolution.

• Integrate with databases, APIs, and third-party systems to support the workflows.

• Write well-documented code adhering to best practices and GAMP5 compliance standards.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Contribute to architectural decisions in collaboration with the broader team.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing application.

• Depending on your seniority and ambition you can be assigned the dev team lead position

Experience Level: Medior (3-5 years) to Senior (5+ years) in full stack development.

Requirements.

• Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in .NET 6 and higher for building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services is a plus.

• Frontend Skills: Expertise in Angular (version 13 and higher).

• Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx or similar) is a plus.

• General Skills: Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with a preference for specialization in either area.

• Strong focus on writing high-quality code as the primary responsibility.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), with experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, pharmaceutical industry standards, or GAMP5 compliance is an advantage but not mandatory.

• DevOps knowledge is not required, as a dedicated team manages deployment and infrastructure.

• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of coding tasks.
