Sydney-based fast-growing FinTech startup is looking for a talented Product Manager to lead the launch of MVP and be responsible for scaling the product further.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building and growing innovative solutions that are transforming the financial services industry. You'll work alongside a collaborative team to refine our product vision and execute on the roadmap, ensuring we deliver real value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and launch of the MVP, driving product strategy from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, quality assurance, DevOps, UI, and marketing) to scale the product.
• Continuously prioritise, refine, and execute on product features and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the product remains compliant with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, KYC, AML).

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• In-depth understanding of product development
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prioritise and execute product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
