What is needed in this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Experience in marketing project management or digital marketing;
Alignment with Swedbank’s values in both mindset and action;
Proven ability to run campaigns and collaborate with partners;
Ownership mindset with a focus on business impact;
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
