Senior Product Designer (Backoffice)

SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for our Backoffice platform (B2B SaaS). You will own complex internal tools end-to-end, working closely with analytics, QA, engineering, and client-facing teams. This role suits a curious, detail-oriented designer with strong systems thinking and stakeholder skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead discovery with stakeholders and users, define problems and success criteria, document decisions and handoffs, support delivery with engineers and QA
• Design flows and interfaces for complex, data-heavy tasks, covering states and edge cases
• Maintain and extend the Figma design system (components, variants, tokens)
• Turn product goals and data into measurable product improvements, track outcomes after release, and iterate

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years designing B2B SaaS or backoffice tools
• Experience with data-heavy UIs and complex workflows
• Proficient in Figma and modern design systems
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
• Clear writing and stakeholder communication
• Portfolio with shipped B2B case studies
• Upper-intermediate English
