Project Manager – AI-powered transformation, enabled by technology, driven by people

We’re looking for forward-thinking Project Managers to join Sofigate and help our customers lead change in the era of AI. You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology and people, designing and leading impactful transformation projects.

You’ll use your AI skills and agent-based tools to boost efficiency and insight in your daily work, from planning to presenting. But you’ll also know when and how to lean into human interaction, influence and communication to make real change happen.

• Lead business-critical transformation projects
• Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate planning, reporting and decision-making
• Bring structure, insight and clarity to complex problems
• Present your ideas clearly, convincingly and visually to turn strategy into action
• Act as a trusted partner to business and IT stakeholders, building strong relationships
• Guide and coach teams with optimism and drive, and learn from your peers too

We hope you to have at least 4–5 years of relevant project management experience (delivering projects such as ERP, CRM or other platform) and proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Consulting and/or change management (OCM) experience are an advantage. This role requires fluency in Finnish and English.
