Lead Software Engineer

We've partnered with one of the fastest growing betting/iGaming companies in the world who have opened up a brand new office here in Dubai as they prepare to go through a massive digital transformation.

More specifically, they've hired an incredible leadership team here in DXB and they're now looking to build a brand new senior engineering team to help them rebuild their flagship product from scratch for their huge user base. 🙌

More specifically, they need a Lead Software Engineer who seriously cares about making an impact with a tech-first organisation, someone who's excited about building products completely from scratch and for someone who's excited about leading and growing their own technical team.

💪 Here's what you'll ideally have:

• Recent hands on commercial experience with a modern tech stack (bonus points if you're Full Stack and you've worked with Golang).
• Proven experience within the Fintech, iGaming or Ecommerce domain(s).
• Commercial experience of leading/managing Software Engineers.
• A proven background in building products from 0-1 (greenfield project experience).

💸 Here's what they're offering:

• 35k-40k AED P/M plus benefits (including an annual bonus).
