Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach to help teams achieve value delivery by addressing impediments and managing risks.
- Facilitate key Solution Cluster events, including Increment Planning and Retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment with agile ways of working and manage dependencies within the cluster.
- Coach Solution Owners and Delivery Team leads to foster a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Drive stakeholder management and people skills to create a collaborative environment.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven experience in facilitating key agile events and managing dependencies.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and individuals.
- Ability to manage risks and address impediments effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using agile tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
- Several years of experience working in agile environments, preferably in a Release Train Engineer role.
- Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) are a plus.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in agile practices.
- Servant leader mindset with a focus on helping others succeed.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a knack for making things happen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
