The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic Digital Transformation team as a hybrid Business & Data Analyst. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about solving business problems with data-driven solutions. You will be the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, using your analytical skills to drive insights, define requirements, and measure the success of digital initiatives that enhance customer journeys and fuel the bank's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a liaison between business units (Product, Marketing, Operations) and development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment for new features and changes.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios and validating solutions.

Data Analysis:

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to track digital product KPIs.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate data insights into clear presentations and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support the development of data models and definitions for new metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field. (MBA/Master's is a plus).
• 5-9 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Mandatory: Strong, hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Mandatory: Core-banking system experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with JIRA.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Highly Desirable:

• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Scrum Master, data analytics certifications).
• Experience with data modeling, Python, or R for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of digital banking products, customer journey mapping, and process optimization.
• Desired Skill: Experience with Flexcube and OFSAA.
