What are the "must-have” skills for this role?
- Java (4-5 years),
- Full stack development (2-3 years),
- Cloud (Azure or AWS) (1 or more),

- As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing across the front and back-ends, including developing and integrating services and APIs.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in GitHub is required. Advanced proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and React Redux is recommended.
- Design and implement scalable web applications that meet user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
