Context

The network team is responsible for implementing, securing, and maintaining the network infrastructure that supports a wide range of industrial and office services. This team is involved in various projects, including establishing connectivity in new data centers, securing and connecting to the cloud, modernizing the WAN network, and providing support for functional changes requested by application teams. The team operates across locations in Belgium, France, the UK, Germany, and Switzerland and is looking for motivated individuals to contribute to these endeavors through Keystone Solutions.

Timing & Place

Place of mission: Client Headquarters, Avenue des Arts 31, 1040 Brussels

The start date for this consultancy mission is as soon as possible.

This mission is anticipated to last for an initial duration of 1 year, with the possibility of renewal.

The initial three months will be a full-time, in-office position. Following this period, a hybrid work model is possible, consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days flexible (contingent upon work requirements).

Function Description

The successful candidate will function as a Keystone Solutions consultant in a team that supports the company's 24/7 operations. In this role, you will engage in both IT and operational technology (OT) environments and must demonstrate diligence in preparing and implementing changes. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in the deployment and maintenance of OT and IT systems.
• Being involved in day-to-day operations of the team.
• Analyzing and resolving incidents and technical problems.
• Providing support to colleagues in Belgium and other European locations.
  
  
  

General Skills

• Proficiency in one of the national languages, Dutch or French, with fluency in English.
• Willingness to collaborate with other ICT teams.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a personal vehicle with the ability to travel to our Belgian locations when needed.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Operational firewall knowledge, particularly with Palo Alto and Checkpoint.
• Basic understanding of routing and switching (CCNA level).
• Familiarity with Cisco CLI.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Utilization of backend tools for monitoring, network access control, central syslog, and authentication.
• Any OT experience is considered an advantage.
• A background in computer science is preferred.
• A minimum of relevant work experience is required.
