Job Title: Visual Designer – Design Systems Specialist

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 50% onsite)

Contract: 6 months - PAYE - Paid on a weekly basis

Annual Salary: Up to €72,000

About the Role

We’re recruiting a Visual Designer or UI/ UX Designer with expertise in Figma and Design Systems to join our client’s Experience Design team. In this role, you’ll transform UI platform libraries into streamlined, user-friendly Figma libraries that power next-generation product design.

What You’ll Do

• Audit existing UI libraries and organize components into structured Figma libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to ensure seamless integration of design assets.
• Document guidelines and best practices for design library use, ensuring consistency across teams.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Visual Design with a focus on Design Systems.
• Expertise in Figma and experience building complex design libraries.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
