Hyperloop Recruitment are working with an exciting client based in Chester, who are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join their growing team.

Our client are looking for a strong PHP Developer with at least 5 years' commercial experience who is looking for the next step in their career and comfortable with picking up new tools.

The role would suit someone with proven experience across object-oriented PHP, relational and non-relational databases & version control (Git); any prior experience with AWS would be desirable.

Key Technical Requirements

• 5+ years' commercial experience with PHP
• MVC-based frameworks (Laravel, Zend, or Symfony)
• SQL / NoSQL
• Version control (Git)
• HTML5, CSS3
• JavaScript
• Strong communicator (both written and verbal)
• Linux Shell (Bash)
• API design/development
• AWS

The role is paying up to £65,000 (DOE) + benefits including annual bonus & private medical insurance, and will be a hybrid working model of 2 days pw in the Chester office (please don't apply if you can't commute to Chester). Fully remote working is not available for this role.
