If you are

Capable at strategic and analytical thinking and trusting yourself to be inquisitive and innovative about optimizing processes, aptitude for teamwork and have strong communication skills.

You’ll be responsible of

• Developing and optimizing processes by using end-to-end workflow analysis and improvement techniques
• Identifying the business requirements and ensuring the coordination between the related business lines and IT in the projects to achieve the strategic targets
• Offering solutions like process re-engineering, digital transformation and robotic process automation
• Providing the internal consultation until the project is complete and expected results are achieved
• Analyzing fees and commissions to optimize revenue
• Developing the customer experience through data analysis and design thinking methodology
• Keeping up with the technology, digital developments and related sector trends, coming up with new project ideas
• Ensuring that the project ideas are put into practice in line with the planning and following up its reflection to the work results
• Cooperating with UX/UI teams when the projects are put into practice
• Providing information to the management and stakeholder teams regarding the projects and processes on a regular basis

We are asking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of experience in the fields of business development, process analysis & improvement, digital transformation
• Analytical & Strategic thinking,
• Inquisitive and innovative,
• Aptitude for teamwork and excellent communication skills,
• Strong proactive and analytical point of view and problem-solving skills,
• Good command of English.
