Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to generate meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support predictive modeling and statistical analysis where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with Python, R, or another programming language for data analysis is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• ServiceNow knowledge.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
