Agile Coach

We are hiring an Agile Coach to join our client's team in Brussels.

What you will do

• Guide squads, tribes, guilds, and leaders in adopting agile practices and values.
• Assess team maturity and adapt coaching techniques accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and change management initiatives.
• Mentor individuals and teams, fostering self-coaching and autonomy.
• Design and deliver training, documentation, and hands-on support for agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with fellow Agile Coaches to continuously improve practices at scale.

What you bring

• 6+ years’ experience as Agile Coach in complex, enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong background in change management, facilitation, and mentoring.
• Certification in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean, XP, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and persuasion.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (trilingual is a strong asset).
• Proven experience driving agile transformations in highly regulated environments.
