About The Role

We are building a network of skilled Backend Developers for our U.S. clients. This talent pool is ideal for developers focused on server-side architecture, API development, and database management.

Your Responsibilities

Server-Side Development:

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
Develop RESTful APIs and ensure their stability and efficiency.

Database Management:

Design, optimize, and maintain databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar systems.
Ensure data security, integrity, and performance.

Collaboration & Security:

Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration.
Implement backend security best practices to protect applications and data.

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years in backend development with strong expertise in server-side languages and databases.
Experience in API development and integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information:

Working Hours: 9am-5pm across different US time zones (depending on clients location)
Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Monthly Salary Range: depending on experience and type of role
Type of Contract: Independent contractor
