Role Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Network Engineers to join our dynamic team—one for onsite support and one for offshore support. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Juniper environments, wifi systems, and network devices from vendors such as Cisco and Juniper Networks. You will be responsible for proactively managing and monitoring network systems, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, and collaborating with peers to ensure seamless network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Proactively manage and monitor all network systems and respond to any alerts. Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the network infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and Resolution: Collaborate with engineers and peers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults and incidents. Employ systematic approaches to identify and address network issues.
• Documentation: Continuously enhance the Knowledge Management system by documenting troubleshooting steps, solutions, and workarounds for known errors. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Customer Service: Go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. Address and resolve customer issues with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Network Configuration: Work with network devices including base and core switches from Cisco, and manage configurations and updates in a Juniper environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong background in Juniper environments, wifi systems, and network devices from Cisco and Juniper Networks.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable. Advanced certifications in networking are preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Cisco base and core switches.
• Proficiency in routing protocols and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Juniper Networks and wifi systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to network management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
