Game Programmer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client-side game algorithms and core gameplay features.
• Collaborate with designers and server engineers to ensure smooth integration of features.
• Build and maintain mobile games as well as mini-program games
• Optimize game performance on mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and mini-game platforms.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve client-related technical issues.
• Work closely with the China-based team, ensuring efficient communication and delivery.
• Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile game client development.
• Proficiency in Cocos or Unity engine development.
• Strong coding skills in Rust and C++.
• Experience in mini-program game development is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile game development workflow, debugging, and optimization.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterparties.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Local candidates preferred (Singapore-based).
