Our client is a forward-looking and acquisitive Financial Services provider headquartered in Dublin. Following a recent acquisition, the company is entering an exciting phase of strategic expansion, with further transactions and growth initiatives in the pipeline.

Who should apply?

Ideal candidates will bring a blend of strategy and transformation experience, ideally from consulting and/or leadership roles within complex organisations. Key requirements include:

• 8+ years' experience in Strategy, Transformation, or Business Leadership
• Consulting experience from a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm advantageous
• Strong expertise in corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and business model transformation
• Experience in digital/tech-enabled innovation within financial services desirable
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategy design and execution
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building cross-functional teams

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic role will be responsible for:

• Strategic Growth – Define and deliver the company’s growth and innovation agenda
• Business Transformation – Oversee enterprise-wide transformation programmes
• Operating Model Design – Shape processes and structures to enable scale and efficiency
• Innovation & Digital – Lead initiatives in automation, digitalisation, and new product enablement
• Team Leadership – Build and lead a Strategy & Transformation function
• M&A Integration – Drive alignment of strategy, operations, and culture across acquisitions
• Executive Partnership – Work closely with the C-suite on strategic decision-making
• Change Leadership – Champion a culture of agility and continuous improvement
