Senior PHP Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Software Developer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of advanced training and learning management applications.

Custom Development

• Design, develop, and enhance PHP-based applications and systems for training and learning management.
• Adapt applications for deployment to Microsoft Azure Cloud, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and accessibility (including compliance with assistive technologies).
• Produce high-quality technical and user documentation.
• Prototype innovative solutions and establish development standards.
• Support requirements analysis, testing, QA, change management, and deployment.
• Provide training for administrators on the use of developed applications.

Maintenance & Support

• Perform adaptive, corrective, and preventive maintenance of PHP-based systems.
• Ensure system sustainability through upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
• Act as 2nd and 3rd line technical support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain and improve reporting, documentation, and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve usability and system functionality.

Education:

• MUST - Bachelor´s degree (ICT relevant degree)
