We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with expertise in Order Management, WMS and Supply Chain technology projects (Blue Yonder) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, high-impact initiatives in a hybrid project management environment while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead and deliver multiple medium to extra-large technical projects on time and within budget.

✔️ Provide clear, tailored project updates to audiences ranging from project teams to executive leadership.

✔️ Monitor risks, progress, and resources—escalating issues and driving solutions for successful outcomes.

✔️ Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, vendors, and IS teams.

✔️ Manage project budgets, financials, and KPIs to support informed decision-making.

✔️ Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a hybrid model.

✔️ Promote PMO standards, tools, and processes across the organization.

✔️ Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical project management, ideally in a PMO setting.
• 3+ years successfully delivering large-scale technical projects.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial analysis expertise (TCO, Estimate to Complete, Run Rate).
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven.

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Order Management and/or EDI projects (highly preferred).
• ServiceNow SPM, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Vendor management, RFP processes, and vendor selection.
• Large meeting facilitation & change management.
• Oracle ERP (required) and SaaS solutions expertise.
• Background in Supply Chain technology projects.
