Scrum Master/Functional Analyst

Overview:

Join our agile and dynamic environment supporting the Post-out team responsible for managing approximately 80 million outbound communications yearly via multiple channels including email, SMS, letters, and Doccle. You will work with critical Document Management Systems (Papyrus and Comform), focusing on system upgrades, phasing out legacy solutions, and coordinating comprehensive test scenarios.

Responsibilities:

As Scrum Master:

• Coach and guide the team in adopting and refining Scrum methodologies.
• Organize and facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and story mapping.
• Ensure successful, high-quality project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and project leader.
• Support the team by proactively identifying and removing obstacles, fostering an environment conducive to problem-solving.

As Functional-Technical Analyst:

• Analyze user stories with a focus on functional and technical aspects of business applications.
• Prepare clear, developer-ready Jira tickets to facilitate efficient development cycles.
• Assist developers with functional testing and validation of implemented features.
• Provide ongoing technical support and insights to the development team in building effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Native Dutch or French speaker with strong proficiency in Dutch/French and English.
• Proven experience in functional and technical analysis within Agile teams.
• Experience working as part of a Scrum team; Scrum Master experience is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and hands-on analytical skills.
• Flexible work arrangement: 1 day on site per week, remaining days remote.
