We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Team Leader. This role combines team leadership with hands-on HR work and includes acting as a deputy to the HR Manager. A great opportunity to take on a key role in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Your tasks:


  • Support of HR Manager in processes of collective bargaining, following the aims marked by the company and to follow the directives of the direction in the situations of labour conflict until the resolution
  • To coordinate the safety and health issues in the plant, supervising the fulfillment and efficiency with the HR manager.
  • To implement plans of motivation and internal promotion of the employees in line with corporate policies and with the HR manager.
  • To design the plan of formation (training), from the analysis of needs of the departments, and to assure the fulfillment of the formative corporate aims and in agreement with the HR manager.
  • To support the HR Manager in Labour law activities, administration, managerial entities and other forums of the labour institutional relations
  • To manage the plans and actions (shares) of control of the absenteeism in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • To support the HR Manager in HR Reporting Activities.
  • To support the HR manager in HR administrative processes (payroll, attendance, absenteeism, vacations and overtime).
  • To support the selection processes, internally or in cooperation with external consulting companies and the HR Manager.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations or related fields.
  • Min. 5 years experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong experiences with reporting.
  • Knowledge in payroll management.
  • Knowledge in labor law and all legal issues.
  • Knowledge in talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Good team player with strong Communication skills.
  • English- Professional proficiency.
