What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the localisation process end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams and addressing project changes, issues, and requests.
• Develop, document, and maintain localisation guidelines, SOPs, and best practices.
• Maintain and optimise localisation data processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Test and validate localisation data, and conduct research to support continuous improvement.
• Design and implement workflow enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot localisation engineering issues, roll out new projects, track performance, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with localisation technologies and suggest upgrades to existing setups.
• Manage translation management systems (TMS), translation memories, glossaries, and vendor relationships.
• Perform other related duties as required, in line with the role.
  
  
  

What We Need From You:

• Proven experience in localisation engineering, localisation project management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of translation management systems (TMS), translation memories, and terminology management.
• Experience designing and optimising localisation workflows, including automation and process improvements.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both technical and process-related issues.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with gaming localisation and industry best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
