Product Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the market size, industry layout, development trends, competitive landscape, etc., and obtain information on market competition.
• Responsible for product demand research, analyze competitors' dynamics and market trends, collect, summarize, analyze, update, and track all requirements, ensuring that the developed products meet real market and customer needs.
• Based on market and customer needs, responsible for product planning, determining the target market, product positioning, development planning, and roadmap for the product line, designing product business and service models, and defining relevant functional modules.
• Regularly track customer behavior, collect customer feedback, deeply explore and analyze user needs in various regions, plan product upgrades based on product operational analysis, and continuously improve and upgrade the product line.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the product, control the product development cycle and progress, actively follow up on the development progress of the R&D team, and ensure that product features meet defined requirements.
• Responsible for planning and promoting the launch of new products, creating various sales toolkits, assisting the marketing department in participating in the release, promotion, and various marketing activities of the product line.
• Responsible for product empowerment support, refining the core value and selling points of the product, creating relevant product promotional materials, regularly conducting product presentation training in various regions, and coordinating two-way communication and coordination of demands.
• Follow up on the new product development process, identify bottlenecks and risks in advance, summarize, analyze, organize special meetings across multiple departments, quickly formulate solutions or incorporate them into product improvement plans, and coordinate and answer customer questions.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of experience in the new energy and photovoltaic industry.
• Independently managed product lines and have experience in product management.
• Have extensive experience in efficient collaboration across business units, departments, and regions.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and regions, excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer-oriented awareness, strong communication and coordination skills, and adept at seeking win-win solutions.
• Rich project management experience and strong systematic logical thinking ability.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Based in Spain, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate in business across multinational companies.
