Job Description:

As a Product Manager at Natulim, you will play a pivotal role in the development and launch of new products within our household cleaning products ecommerce division. Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Development: Lead the ideation, design, and development of new cleaning products tailored to our e-commerce customers' needs.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Design Integration: Leverage your design background or experience to ensure product aesthetics and user experience align with our brand identity and customer expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including marketing, legal, and supply chain, to bring products from concept to market.
• Product Launch: Drive successful product launches, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and post-launch performance analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of design principles or a design background.
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Location:

Mostly remote position. Weekly office meeting, located in Barcelona.
