Freelance Project Manager - Chatbot

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client is looking for a part-time Project Manager with experience in the pharma industry to help manage a digital health project.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Monitor the chatbot in India daily – check if it’s working properly and users are engaging with it.
• Track any issues or errors and raise them to the team quickly.
• Watch for reports of Adverse Events (AE) or Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and report them using a standard process.
• Check user questions to spot any medical issues or incorrect AI responses.
• Join weekly meetings with the clients to share updates and reports
• Work with the internal team to suggest improvements to the chatbot and processes
• Coordinate with contractors doing similar monitoring in their regions.

Skills Required

• Experience managing projects in the pharma or healthcare space
• Experience with digital tools or technology deployments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to manage a team
