The role?

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will be responsible for ensuring that software systems are reliable and highly available. As a SRE, you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up monitoring and alerting; respond to outages and service disruptions.
• Automation: Write software to automate repetitive operations tasks to reduce issue investigation and incident response time.
• System Reliability: Define and measure SLIs, SLAs, and SLOs to quantify and improve service reliability.
• Capacity Planning & Performance: Ensure systems can scale effectively and run efficiently under load.
• Postmortems & Root Cause Analysis: Lead the investigation and align with other teams to understand the incident root cause and prevent it from happening in the future.
• Collaborating with the technical team to develop scalable solutions
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining standard software and in-house applications
• Analyzing monitoring data to gain insights and identify issues
• Providing L2 support to customers
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Relevant Computer Science/Engineering degree;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the software industry
• Experienced in monitoring systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.
• Experienced in API testing and logs analysis using tools such as Postman, Jaeger, etc
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python)
• Experience with developing Slack integrations and JIRA is a plus
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
